In 2021, the third Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman (SEAC), John W. Troxell, met up with CMSgt (Ret) Timothy “Chachi” Pachasa, and an idea was born.  What if a leadership company could utilize all of John’s 38 years of enlisted, war-time, and executive experience and blend that with Chachi’s 25 years of service and his studies on modernizing leadership principles?  The result:  LE9D.  LE9D is a leadership development program that helps break down the understanding of leadership through a mix of time-honored military principles and evolutionary re-imagining of legacy combat leadership.
