An awesome week in Hawaii as Tim Pachasa and I conducted another LE9D: Evolved Leadership for True Leaders symposium with the Commanders and SELs of the 515th AMOW and their subordinate squadrons. The session focused on strengthening leadership development, shared understanding, and team effectiveness across the formation, with strong engagement throughout the day. What a GREAT day of professional growth and development!
