Leadership Training Event at Rincon Research with SEAC (R) John Wayne TroxelL and
CMSgt Timothy "Chachi" Pachasa of LE9D
On November 19th and 20th, I had the privilege of being part of an incredible
leadership training workshop at the Rincon Research facility in Tucson, Arizona. Alongside SEAC (R) John Wayne Troxell and CMSgt Timothy "Chachi" Pachasa, we had the opportunity to engage with engineers and team members from Rincon in an event focused on leadership development. This two-day event, organized by Kevin Geisbert, was both impactful and rewarding.
A Powerful Leadership Curriculum from LE9D
The leadership training curriculum was led by SEAC (R) John Wayne Troxell and CMSgt Timothy "Chachi" Pachasa, co-founders of the leadership development company LE9D. John and Chachi's combined military experience, along with their passion for developing future leaders, provided a strong foundation for the training.
The curriculum incorporated principles from well-known programs like The Energy Bus and The Power of a Positive Team, both created by bestselling author Jon Gordon. These programs focus on cultivating a positive mindset, building strong teams, and providing the tools necessary to lead with impact. I had the chance to witness how John and Chachi applied their leadership expertise to create a powerful and relevant learning experience for our participants.
Hands-On Training and Engagement
The event wasn’t just about listening to lectures – it was about creating a dynamic environment for active participation. John and Chachi engaged our small group of engineers and team members with exercises and discussions that encouraged them to think critically about leadership in both personal and professional contexts. The training was designed not just to improve individual leadership abilities but also to enhance team collaboration and resilience.
A Successful and Impactful Event
From the engaging curriculum to the insightful discussions, the event provided valuable tools and strategies that will stay with the participants long after they’ve left the classroom. WE want to personally thank Kevin Geisbert for his hard work in organizing the event and making it all possible.
It was an incredible experience, and I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to contribute alongside such experienced leaders from LE9D as John and Chachi.
