What a phenomenal experience attending the International Maxwell Conference in Orlando!
I came to IMC to continue investing in my own development and complete the requirements to become a John C. Maxwell certified speaker, leadership coach and trainer, and behavioral analysis consultant/trainer. For me, this was another reminder that leadership development never stops. Lifelong learning and perpetual growth have to remain part of the journey.
The Maxwell Leadership team is an incredible group of high-performing professionals, and I was grateful for the opportunity to learn from them throughout the conference. Being surrounded by nearly 2,000 like-minded leaders from around the world made the experience even more valuable. There is something powerful about bringing together people who are committed to growing themselves so they can better serve and develop others.
It was also great to reconnect with old friends, build new relationships, and spend time learning alongside people who share that same passion for leadership and personal growth.
I am excited to take what I learned in Orlando and continue putting it into practice through the work we do with leaders and teams.
